I began my study of massage while travelling overseas, first in New Zealand where I studied Reiki a form of energy healing and then in Thailand where I studied The Traditional Massage of Thailand at Wat Po in Bangkok.Soon after I returned to the United States to attend NH Institute for Therapeutic Arts in Hudson, NH and recieved my NH Massage License in 1990.
My studies continue. I have studied MyofascialRelease extensively,Strain/Counterstrain, working with survivors of abuse, Triggerpoint Therapy, Altar of Creation a form of energy work and many, many others. Currently I am involved in a 3 year program studying Biodynamic CranialSacral work, please ask me about it.
I am a born and bred NH native and have lived the bulk of my life here except a bout of national and then international travel. After all these years I still love my work and feel blessed to be able to bring the gift of enhanced comfort and wellbeing to people.
